No wonder my company is called I GOT YOUR BACK! This comes naturally because contributing to other people's lives and helping others grow simply makes me happy.
I am a team effectiveness coach and intercultural trainer. I help organizations activate their teams to achieve their goals by improving collaboration, concentrating especially on multicultural teams, working in the global market.
I believe in teamwork, and I can bring the best of your team!
My story is long and like most of us, it had a massive impact on where I am now and how I "roll".
I have worked for Google, Danahar, Mitsubishi, MS partner, implementing processes and successfully executing projects with real impact, making change. Throughout almost 20 years of experience, I witnessed great teams falling apart and exciting plans going to waste because of low engagement and miscommunication.
