I am very happy I was part of Intercultural bridging training program! Beata van Velzen showed the value of crossing bridges and inclusive collaboration through effective communication. I gained awareness of steps of adaptation to new culture and importance of effective communication in international environment, like the one I work in. There was a brilliant interactive exchange, therfore we could navigate successfully in intercultural interactions.
"Intercultural Bridging concept and how to apply it through effective communication" - training. This training gives you basic understanding of culture and culture differences. It triggers self- reflection on one's own culture roots as well as cross cultural communication challenges. It definetly broadens the perspective on other's culture due to diverse group of participants. Beata was well prepared and knowledgeable and most importantly created friendly environment during the session. I totally loved "country game"- great ice-braking exercise.
Thanks to the intercultural training by Beata van Velzen I realised how important it is to "build intercultural bridges" and that we all facing simillar chalenges, when working in diverse environment. It was great expirience to be part of a team of people who openly shared the expirience and cross-cultural issues . Highly recommended Bea’s workshop on the intercultural bridge was accessible and insightful. Lunch & Learn session at Companial. I attended Beata’s training on Time Management, and it was surprisingly engaging. She delivered a lot of good tips and invited all of us to reflect on how valuable time is and how little of it we dedicate to what really matters to us.
