So this is me, and my idea of supporting you in this exacting, at times challenging journey called LIFE!
I GOT YOUR BACK!
This comes naturally because contributing to other people's lives simply makes me happy.
I am a team effectiveness coach and intercultural trainer, helping organizations activate their teams to achieve their goals and create impact.
I believe in teamwork, and I can bring the best of your team! I am a natural activator; I listen, observe, and suggest simple yet powerful solutions. I see immediately the potential but also the needs of individuals, and that creates space and fast shifts in team dynamics.
My story is long, and like most of us, it had a massive impact on where I am now and how I "roll".
I have worked for Google, Danahar, Mitsubishi, MS partner. Implementing processes and successfully executing projects.
Throughout almost 20 years of experience, I witnessed great teams falling apart and exciting plans going to waste because of low engagement and miscommunication.

My main goal is to help people reconnect with each other to find solutions and empower their awesomeness :)
Team engagement is built on a culture of trust and understanding, and when it is done well, efficiency is the natural state.
I believe people are the biggest asset of every organisation, and investing in their growth and development is the best investment a leader can make.

Making positive change is very important for me; therefore, I take you on the journey of making this place a better world.
